I’ve created a Google Fusion table with visual impact assessments conducted by map(this); over the years. Hopefully you’ll be able to view a map here.
The table is mapped by Google using the Locality column and so the localities are not exactly accurate since they are often centre points for areas rather than exact points (e.g. if the wind farm is located near Coega, Eastern Cape, which is an Industrial Development Zone). I’ve added more accurate latitude and longitude values in the info pane that opens up when a point is clicked on. Not ideal, but it provides some idea.
